=) If any of you have had anything to do with Codemasters and UbiSoft you will have experienced the impersonal support offered by them. Where else besides East and Gates would you receive a personal reply to your angsts. The strength of this website relies on input. Look at Codemasters V8 supercars, a total disaster. no one uses the forum except for complaints about the arrogance and disinterest of the administrators. They have lost their following big time and when Codemasters redirected over to developing new releases and patches for PS2 and Xbox in favour of PC they have definitely done no favours for the original investor, you. Ubisoft is the same if it's three years old forget it, they wont even answer your enquiry. I have given up on those particular brands because of the indifferent attitudes of their administators Their attitude seems to be if it's nearly ready release it, make the bucks up front and we will fix it later. (In most cases a new release or cheat codes $ again! (for which you pay $90 dollars sorts it out. )

They have an attitude that (if you are not a serious gamer with the latest and greatest hardware dont bother to ask for support) Enigma have managed to make this game backward compatible (to a point), it is obvious that that will be a problem in the future and that's inevitable,we all have to upgrade our hardware and software eventually. You will not be fobbed off at this site what you see is what you get! and if you stay with this mob you will be rewarded for your loyalty i.e a great game. Have any of you ever seen a director of any of the above with the exception of East and Gates reply personally to you complaint? Think long and hard, all comes to fruition in time. If you are impatiant you won't like this game anyway,it's a long hard slog to the beginning of greatness but when it happens it's worth the wait!!! and Enigma are well on the way to that happning. Just wait and see :!!:

from what I have seen in my years of playing naval games whether it is Enigma or Age of Sail. The people who make those games qare just as passionate about them as the 'Fans' and so there tends to be a lot of interaction between the game makers and the players which is a good thing, but then most of them are made by small companies and do not get the mass appeal.
