For the first time we are opening up the awards outside the Age of Sail community to other naval games. So please be ready to get to vote in the nomination rounds.

Er, What is The Iron Parrot Award?

They are a set of awards i created 3 years ago for the members of the Age of Sail Community. They are virtual awards for the best players, most dedicated, best scenario creator etc, they are the equivilant to the Oscars for the Age of Sail Community. and this year I have decided its time to open them up to the Naval games communities i am a member of so it will cover Age of sail, Enigma RT and Pirates of the Burning sea. They are a bit of fun and I hope that you guys will enjoy them. There will be a dedicated website up shortly for this years awards which I shall post as soon as it is ready.
