Us Cruisers

I don't think putting giving the germans and british battlecruisers is very fair so there should at least be some United States cruisers, I recommend the USS Quincy and other ships of its class It has 3x triple 10 inch turrets and room tons of AA guns some torpedoes and a decent speed just to give the U.S. a chance if this is not possible at least put some U.S. pre dreadnots just to provide an equal match against the other Factions.

The heavy cruiser U.S.S. Quincy did not have 10" guns. She was a standard <10,000 ton 8" gun cruiser, as set down by the terms of the Washington Treaty.

Washington treaty could however never have existed in the world of Enigma rising tide since 1922 is post timeline split.

But I'm gessing the Germans wouldn't have had any of it and so this treaty would never have passed.
