Forum Update

Added about 15 new avatars from pictures I found surfinig 'Eye on the Navy' the other day.

Will add more soon, and catagorize them properly

Forum has undergone a minor change, the Tips & Tactics section is now divided into 4 sections.

-> Non Faction Based (all that relates to all factions)

-> Imperial Germany (all that relates to sub/surf playing as IGN)

-> Royal Navy in Exile (all that relates to sub/surf playing as RNE)

-> United States of A. (all that relates to sub/surf playing as USN).
