The first real release is coming. The dogfighting module (DFM) where we all have been waiting for is the first part of the persistent Universe of Star Citizen and is coming very very soon. If you have backed early, you are lucky because there are no more alpha slots available. If you do want to play this module and you haven't backed it's not that expensive to try out.
