I'm looking for the bridge officers that are actually the most wanted.

Opinion:

The best for space are simply purple "human" BO's. read the info ... heals on hull and shields.. built in. Passives

Best for ground really varies because of 'traits' .

 

 

Convert your current crew if they are not base purple..its worth it.

Ok, thank you for that starting point.  Will grab some humans and chain them to my bridge!

The Humans do add Hull and Shield Repair bonus.

Ex.  102% with no bridge officers.   Add 1 Human get 122%, Add a second get 142%, Add Another get 163%, etc.
