I bought the game

IL2 1946 Exclusive

So my question is what do I need.

what pache do I need to download

do I need a joystick or can I play with mouse and keyboard.

First, you need a joystick.....

Then, patch up to 4.08 (http://www.gamershell.com/download_17669.shtml) or a related patch site

Then, read forums about 4.09 modded patches: you can patch up to the 4.09 mod and use the switcher for what ever version you want to fly. (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/49310655/m/9991065276/p/1)

Then, think about going to the joint operations school and learning the game the right way.....lot more enjoyable after your basic course. (http://www.joint-ops.com/php2/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=98&Itemid=121)

i have a stick for sale or trade but we have a little distance between us..this is the stick you want. its a logitech extreme 3d pro.
