BUT can we all be ready by 6:30pm so we can have invites/summons and buffs sorted by 7. There seems to be an inordinate ammount of faffing about before we actually start.

Agreed, we spend too much time waiting for people to actually get ready, we really need people to be ready to ENTER karazhan at 7, not come online and spend the next 30 mins or so getting ready to go in.

By now, everyone should know that we need ventrilo dl'd and ready to go...

I must also point out that NO ONE is to go and have bio breaks just when they feel like it... Raid leader will tell us when we can go for a break, and how long it should be. .... no taking the dog for a walk for 15 mins making the rest of the raid hang around for them. I know some things are inevitable, but you all know the time for raiding, and though we're not a RAID RAID RAID guild, when we do organise a run, we have to be focused, just remember there are 9 other people relying on you!

But.. as hidek also said, we're also here to have fun, so .. lets get everyone signing up for the run ... cos I for one enjoy raiding with you all.
