May I alao request that these planning posts have a standard start that gives all the pertenent detail in an unambiguous way. eg:

Date: 03 Dec 09 - Letters for month

Time: 2330Est - Time zone (midnight = 2359)

Locn: HL - or direct IP etc

Comms: ToW - or server and password

Task: Cmpgn - or Trng etc

Op: Mission 1

etc
