BSS has regularly scheduled practice slots. On Sundays we have a full Squad wide practice.. all Wings. The Practice is either 1.5 hours prior to a Sunday scheduled league match.. or at 1PM Wash DC Time if no League Activities are scheduled.
1PM Sundays Wash DC time converts to:

05:00:00 a.m. Monday Australia/Sydney (not practical - but invited)
Each 'wing' of the BSS also has a practice at least once a week, normally not on a Sunday as this day is used for Squad Wide Practices as well as Matches and Scrims. Listed below are the Wing Practices.

Gold Wing has there practice every Wed at 9PM Wash DC Time. If there is a Fun Event going on at that time.. then we normally have our practice as "Live Fire" in the Fun Event.
Other Wings are invited, however the time probably won't work out
