Wouldn't XXI's be too powerful? Especially in the light of "extreme effectiveness" of depth charges?

I think XXI subs sounds pretty cool it's only fair since the LFN has a sub that looks just like it. Also not to mention some other unique features such as silent creeping motors, a snorkel, and 2x dual 20mm turrets mounted on the conning tower.
