According to all customer support people that I've contacted at GMX since March through e-mails I should have my copy of Enigma sent on April 18th(they knew my order # and that I am in the states). So far no Enigma and no charge on my credit card as of April 27th. Doesn't seem like good business relations to me. Other people at subsim have also experienced the same problem.Would somebody at GMX please give me an answer, because I'm ready to cancel my UK order and wait for the release here in the US.
I also ordered form GMX nad I live in the states and I recived my copy.
I'm glad to see you got your copy in the states . I've contacted customer support several times and get a lame response that does'nt even answer my questions.
