Converting FLM

Seen some of the videos and was wondering how to make one myself...the ones we record are a FLM extension and I can't seem to find a way to convert them to AVI or WMV ...tried FRAPS..but took a system hit while trying to play and record..screen and planes stuttered...thanx in advance

truly one of the most frustrating things, converting.

I have tried with fraps with limited success. When you convert from fraps to wma or avi you lose the names of pilots and some details are blurry,,,

Deleriux has captured some video on a "linux" system which seems to have worked well for him. I have no more details than that.,

Sorry I dont have definite answers but quality video is something that probably wont happen. At least in my limited field of knowledge anyway,,, But I will surely be watching for some input too !

I seem to remember about 2 years or more ago some one by the name of Ecstasy (I think) made a movie out of .flm footage. I think the leading man was Tom Cruise...aka topgun68, aka insane_clowns_1,aka nitro 😵

I think he used fraps to convert but I believe there was something else he also used to supplement fraps. If I remember correctly there was discussion about it on the GE web site. You might do a search for it there.
