He's more than qualified .. so I have given him everything he needs to do that job.
Right now .. he's my assistant.
At next BoD meeting he can be 'confirmed' and I will stay on as his assistant as a tech adviser simply because I built the site and know the inner workings. Eventually he will not need me at all
For all practically purposes .. we have a new Web Master

What we still need however is a Postmaster and a TS Manager. Those positions fall by default into the hands of the Web Master. Neither one of those positions is something we need to fret about .. there is nearly no need to do anything in those areas at the current time. I suggest we review TS Manager and Postmaster positions at the next BoD meeting.
We have now managed to get 'every job' that I did in total, managed out to a host of responsible parties within the USAAC Community with USAAC BoD approval .. a dream come true for me.
