help, serious technical problem with game.

i have been playing AA for about 3 months with no trouble (aside form being shot down quite often), then 2 weeks ago i tried to join arena and got message ;" an error has occurred, the login attempt has failed. a ticket cannot be found in installation directory.;" i can't even play the offline version. i can fly the planes in the tutorial but not missions. since then i've made several support tickets and following their advice i've tried the following, new web browser-latest version of directx-turned off all firewalls,virus and spam protection-made sure username and password are saved-tried all launch pages-ran various virus scans-uninstalled game and installer19, then downloaded again. i get the same error message. i'm sure the problem is at my end, maybe a corrupt or missing file or folder, heck i don't know. but i don't think i can fix this. the only thing i can come up with (if it is possible) is ketsujin or the local powers that be, delete my account. then i would wipe my computer of all AA files and download again, register and have all necessary files in good working order. anyway, i'm open to any suggestions or if anyone can steer me to the people that delete my account i would appreciate it. also congrats, C/O Joker.

The problem with a missing ticket is not hard to fix .. but since you have done a lot and made changes etc .. we could make the situation 'worse'.

I advise.

remove all AA files .. all of them.

What you won't have to do:

You won't have to register on the CLP system again

You won't have to register on these forums or the USAAC launch site again.

What you will need to do is go here.. and read the install carefully.

Do all the steps.. but .. STOP where it says:

"Close the application out.". STOP when you have closed the application and go no further.

If you can't remember your account info at Ketsujin .. don't worry, just make another account. The point here is to get that 'ticket' file.

back in the saddle again! i down loaded all game files to desktop and works fine. thanks TBAR, you too JoKer for all you time and help.
