Plan of attack should be posted here.
I have taken Jonny of the match list for this week ... He's in trouble over grades .. so let this be a warning to all pilots .. if you fly too much .. it will cause problems at home .. either with the parents .. or the spouse or girlfriend. Keep the grades up .. keep the spouse happy .. or it affects us all .

Boy am I glad that I don't have to worry about any of those things! (Grades, Girlfriends, Parents or Wife. lol)

But you do have to worry about the 'game plan' being posted in this forum .. this thread .. for this week

yall lucky... i gotta worry bout Grades AND A girlfreind!!!!
We lost .. we lost a close one .. much closer than the score shows. If we are going to loose .. this is the way to do it .. BSS fought hard .. and never gave up .. and kept the scrap going.Sometimes.. especially in the 2nd half .. we had them running for their lives !!
The good:

>Really pleased that Air Boss was present so the rest of the squad can actually 'see and feel' the affect of one more good pilot. The more you guys stick with it .. the more Air Boss's we will have.
>Really pleased that we followed 'order' and 'directions' better .. much better.
>Really pleased that pilots showed up 1 hour and 1/2 hour early for a warm up practice and pre-flight instructions.
>Really please we did not 'give away' the match .. THORM had to fight for what they got really hard.... they got black and blue from us

The BAD.
> CO and XO made some bad calls .. we know what we did .. you can expect that to be corrected.

> Some pilots just followed other pilots .. that we can't have.. you have to know your mission. The enemy is not going to just fly into your guns :)recruiting
> Three BSS chasing one enemy .. I thought we knew better than this? The last guy has to know to peel off the chase. The 2nd BSS pilot should know just from position etc if the first BSS guy has 'got'em".. if unsure .. just ask'em

And you can be Top_Gun when you grow up big and strong, eat your Wheaties, Drink your milk to give you strong bones. Also, you'll probably need a few more years experience, but don't worry, because once you are out of high school the years will fly by! I've been out of high school for over 30 years and seems like only yesterday I was there chasing around ole Suzie Rottencrotch.
