Cant Fly

Kk i got a major problem i have finally got my puter fixed *fingers crossed* and have downloaded everything now when i try to get into AA i log in it says thanks for logging in and i hit the launch button and it says access denied and that i need to log in and gives me another log in box i go ahaead and log in again and hit launch button and it says again access denied its a viscous cycle and i cant get out.......HELP

Strife, Here's something else I just thought of. When you logged in you have the following things to do.

1. User Name,

2, Password

3, answer the secruity addtion problem

4. Encrypt check box mark.

I'm not sure when you signed up to AA or not in the encrty box was there. I know that when I log in if I encrypt it won't let me log in, so I uncheck that box and get in ok. This might be the problem. Try it and see.
