Since we did not field enough people to have a Euro vs US, we instead went for a 1 vs 1 double elimination style match.
1st Match was Strife and Zarn with Zarn taking the win and Strife moving over to the loser bracket.
2nd Match was JokeR and Top Gun. Top Gun wasted no time showing that he was going to to go all the way by placing JoKeR in the losers Bracket.
Red Ace showed up late had got a bye in first round play by being odd man out.
3rd Match took place with JoKeR having back to back matches. JoKeR took on Strife in the first round of the losers bracket. Strife took the win and eliminated Joker from competition.
4th Match, Top Gun went up against Zarn in the winners bracket, and once again Top Gun was showing everyone who was boss.
5th Match pitted JoKeR against Late arrival Red Ace to give him some flying time and Red Ace took that match.
6th matched Red Ace against Zarn, Zarn had a little better luck and pulled out the win.
The Final Match ofthe day was with Top Gun against Strife, and once again Top Gun took the match and won the overall competion.

While not everything went easily I think that we had a pretty good format. Next week, if we have a few more participants we will try to have a 2 vs 2 competition.
