Warships Practice 07/29/2007

I just wanted to say Great Practice Guys! Warships proved once again to be a very tough team to fly against. I think we did a pretty good job since we where flying with a lot of aces up there. A couple of our new guys showed up and I kind tossed them to the wolves, but it is a great way of learning. Kinda like sink or swim, throw you in the lake if you swim, great, otherwise its deep six.

The communication was a lot better on TS. For those who do not yet have a mic, please try to get one as soon as you can. TS is a very very important tool for all squad members. IF you can't speak to us and let us know what you see, we can't protect you. Often in the heat of battle, I myself very seldom look at the in game log and what people are typing. I might send a quick "nice kill" or "thank you" someones way, but I found out very early that if you are typing , you're not flying and paying attention to the game, and your going to get shot down, which means more team kills for the enemy.

I think, if my memory serves me correctly we had the following pilots flying with us on Sunday.

Stife, Jonny, Tbar, Joker, Emrys, Coldfire, and Deathmark. Great job guys, keep up the good work.

Also if anyone sees the following new recruits, please ask them to come to these forums and make a post: Fefnir, top_gun, Coldfire.

I would also like to find out if anyone has seen B4RKS flying lately. He signed up about a month ago and we have not seen him since. If you are not going to be flying for a while please make a post such as the one that Jonny made recently, so we know that you are ok and are still interested in being a squad member. We want to keep and up to date roster. In addition, please make sure that I have your current e-mail address. I send out quite a few emails and I back those up with posts here in the forums most of the time.

HEY JOKER , i was there too...LATE, but i was there . i cant say that i helped out much or did anything special but i did enjoy it. i hope to have more of these in the future !!! i think flying together against another sqaud is completely different in friendlies than match play (it helps getting use to other wingman when everythings not on the line and getting scolded by XO's when you make a bad move) i can see it now........The Baa Baa BLACK SHEEP is a squad on the rise

btw....wasnt something mentioned about somekind of inter squad match????

Yes, Indeed..Warships are very strong Squad.

I hope i have done well according to my second week on this game. I only made 4 kills..

But i'm being very optimistic about my skills and always trying to improve.
