To become a 'registered and official? squad within the USAAC there are certain steps and requirements each squad applicant must meet. The processes is fairly simply and straight forward.

Step A ? Prerequisites

• Central Launch (www.airattack-central.org i.e. AA-Central)
  a) Squad name and squad member must be listed on AA-Central
  Squad must have a minimum of 6 'active' members listed
  c) Squad must be listed as a 'primary' USA based squad.
  d) Squad must agree to and be 100% compliant with AA-Central CoC, ToS, Rules and Regulations.
• USAAC
  a) Squad ?leader? must be registered on the USAAC forums.
  Squad ?leader? must have made a public post on USAAC forums with intent to join statement.

Step B ? USAAC Requirements and Process.

• Squad must submit an application via a web-based application form. (Application Link Here)
• Squad application to be reviewed and approved by the USAAC BoD during a BoD meeting at which time the applicant squad voice must be present. Notification of said application review process must be on the BoD Meeting Agenda.
• BoD may 'reject' the application with explanation or accept the application by ? vote with ?conditions?. Conditions are as follows:
  a) 90 Day Probationary Period. Conduct of squad members is important to the USAAC as well as long term stability. In order to avoid certain unfavorable situations, embarrassments, fraudulent intents as well as a host of ?paperworks and procedures? a 90 day probationary period is standard for all applicant squads.
  Applicant Squad is granted a recognized 'seat' within the BoD without vote. Full voice and all other persiflages are granted without vote. Probationary squad application or squad applicants that have not for filled all requirements of the USAAC will not be accepted even if the 90 day probationary period has elapsed.
  c) Squad must agree to and abide by USAAC ToS, CoC, Rules and Regulations.

Step C ? USAAC Acceptance as an official USAAC Registered Squad.

• After 90 day probation when a squad has for filled all requirements said squad may submit an agenda item to the BoD for full acceptance vote. Submission of Agenda Item to be posted in the Public Notice of BoD meeting. Post may be made by the applicant squad leader or a member of the BoD in the applicant squads behalf.
• BoD Agenda Item for squad acceptance is voted on by the BoD and must pass by ? 'yea' vote.
• Upon Acceptance of the BoD the applicant squad will have full vote and voice within the BoD and becomes part of the governing board and process(s).

Comments: The USAAC President and/or Ambassador should assist the application squad will all process's needed for the application squad to become a full member within the USAAC Organization.

Barring some spelling error's I don't notice because I'm the one that spelled things wrong .. it looks pretty good to me.

Our Webmaster can make the form and have it submitted to all the BoD members. The application itself will be fairly simply and straight forward. We will mask the applicants email address for the public posting of the application.

My only concerns which are addressed in the draft are as follows:

1) We worked too hard on the USAAC to see some squad apply and be accepted to only find out they wanted on the BoD for devious reasons.

2) When a squad is considered ... that it all be above board. Therefore by having a requirement that the Squad be registered at Central BEFORE we consider them .. .. prevents a host of potential problems or problem folks.

3) Participation in some "open" type of AA League event that is hosted by USAAC, TAA, KAA or UKAA. The squad must have participated from start to end within a given League Event. (Current example would be the BSS). WE don't want a lot of work and effort for squads that start up .. but can't go the distance.

We should give the new squad applicant all the comforts of home and that warm fuzzy feeling .. but not give them a 'vote' until they have for filled the requirements.

One item that is NOT addressed is the removal of a squad .. ie BAD or AWM if they were on the BoD. Non participation in any events or League activities or hardly ever being present .. is justification in my mind to have them removed from the BoD. They can always re-apply and re-qualify.
