Next Snl Match * Warships * July 14, 2007, 5:00 Pm Edt.

Ok Boys and Girls,

Time to get ready and focused on our next SNL match. We will be flying against Warships. I do not know a lot about these guys, but from the league standings they must be pretty good. (Well come to think of it where at the bottom of the ladder so I guess they are all good and a little better than us.)

Anyway, In my own pinion we are getting better and better. Our practices are getting better and better. Our individual flying skills are getting better. NOW, what we need to do is to bring that all together as a team. We need to work on TEAM WORK! We need to fly with each other more and more. I don't care if it's in FFA or Teams or Special Rooms. Whatever or wherever we need to work on team work. IF you are in FFA and they say you are teaming, then you are NOT teaming enough. Its time to get mean. Its time to get ugly. I was born that way so I have and excuse!

IT TIME WE FOUGHT AS A TEAM!!! Everyone in the BSS is your wingman. Learn how he flies. Fly with them as often as you can. Teach him what you like to do. Ask questions. Speak up on Team Speak.

I don't care if it offends them if you ask a question that you think you should know. Its better to ask than to wait till your team mate is killed. Why, Because your next! Without your wingman you are useless and with you he is useless.

Cover the leader's ass. If you are the wingman, let him know what you see. Make sure you know what he's doing before he attacks. You may see something he does not. We have to start playing a smarter game. If you have a certain someone that you like flying with let them know. Talk to them about winging together, but remember that you still have to know how to fly with a replacement if he's killed. Its going to happen and we have to start NOW!

Nope .. perfect paractice makes perfect

"Chatter" when on TS about your postion, alt and observations .. especially the opponents info.

When just up flying with the Squad .. always use TS and always "practice' the chatter. We can't verywell fight as a team if we don't know our own pilots habits .. nor can we fight as a team if the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing ... so chatter ..
