Tow Practice

Just a reminder to all squad memebers.

We have a standing practice session on Sundays at 1:00 PW Washington time and 6:00 PM London Time.

Today we had a friendly practice with the new members of the USHA Squad. I did not find out about it till about and hour before time.

In attendance for the Black Sheep were: Air Boss, Joker, Jonny, Talon and Tbar.

We made a good showing considering that it was 5 vs 8 in the first half and 4 vs 6 the second half.

And yes there where some ringers in there on both sides to liven up the fun.

This coming Sunday, June 10th, 2007, FORMATION FLYING AND COMBAT MANUVERS PRACTICE.

ALSO, FOR THE US SQUAD, since there is now another event running at our practice time on Mondays

I am considering moving US practice night to Tuesdays or Thursdays. Please give me a little input to which night is better for you. I'm thinking that Thursdays should be the best day to practice because then we won't be having to practice sessions back to back.

I've gotten real busy and do NOT have the time to fly a lot.

I do have the time .. to fly when BSS has a planned outing or event. Love you guys and love to fly when a few of you are on. I have to admit .. its much more fun when we fly as a unit ... even in Teams

This part you guys just need to decide and I pretty much go with the XO's recomendation.

When is this not so??

• On a holiday weekend.
• When it interfers with family or RL
• When we have a scheduled match for that Sunday, then we as a team meet ONE HOUR prio to the match. TEAM SPEAK MEET We talk, ask questions, learn, cut up .. and do a little flying while we get it together .. a warm up and such.
• IF the XO's want a schedule change.

Lets chat all this around a bit?? Lets talk a little bit in TS and give up a few minutes of fly time to really communicate and get something going. We are so close guys .. really close to really having a good squad .. folks that like each other, play fair .. and do remember we are BLACK SHEEP.

Here is the problem .. we need to practice together .. and we need to practice something other than flying. We need to learn "how to" and "tricks" .... things that work .. like .. flying as a 'team'. ...things that don't work .

Team Flying .. we can do this .. if we practice. Want to know more??

Formation Flying .. really helps. Why? I can only show your the views .. in game. Once you see .. you go "awwwww, now I understand". Picture .. worth a 1000 words.

Team Speak .. we really need to learn how to work with this baby. Setting for every consol is different .. but the basics are the same and we have more problems with 'basics' than anything else. On team speak USA Wing and Euro Wingscan be on different channels yet have full communitication with each other ... and the opposing force! Did you know that?

Well really .. "bla bla Black Sheep" says it all .. don't it? We are the Black Sheep .. the bad boys. We are 1 in 100.
Practice .. I'm for it .. what ever night I can make it We need to practice things other than flying as well.. .. because .. we are the Black Sheep!

We really do need the TEAM PRACTICE.

Looking forward to doing some.

Start with basics and use them till we get them right.

P.S. We may need to pull out of SNL due to lack of intrest of our current roster. As it stand I think we have 4 and 2 standbys.

Unless we ask some outsiders to fly with us. Already asked Nitro, and he declined.

Joker and Tbar, i must admit if anyone needs the practice its me... i'll be there just keep me posted on days and times so that i can juggle my schedule if need be. i'm trying to figure out why i could get on the ussac site and logon teamspeak as a guest but not as my registered name. i figure i didnt setup something up right. But i'll be there , hopefully the rest of the squad will to and show you two that the MIGHTY BSS is strong in #'s and brotherhood
