The Event manger needs to be in control .. the Game Manager is the first level of 'friendly' warnings ..

Should these friendly warnings be ignored .. and/or the parties creating "room disruptions' already know better, etc . then this situation needs to be brought to the attention of a SysOps for 'stronger warnings". Let the SysOps reserve most action until asked. (There would be some obvious situation where sysOps already know some things that are a violation and certain parties that have 'history' and of course should take what immediate action they deem necessary as per rules of any arena and their sysops duties as normal. )

Should no SysOps be available .. then we still have a problem. So, it appears that we need to schedule SysOps for certain events or all events. Sysops can play to occupy time, however the sysops and Game Manager need to be on the same TS and channel so they can be responsive and quick to handle such problems/incidents. If we as part of the Event Management Team are no on a common TS system and channel .. communication may take too long or be too awkward, so the key is being on the same system and I suggest the USAAC TS.

Certain Rule viloations, a boot/warning can be issued to 'read the rules and please return". This would be for the dumbest of the dumb in some cases because rules are normal broadcasted frequently. However, for some folks, the only way to get their attention is a 2x4 :)

The above is a summary I think of what you guys have come up with.

I think .. that the game manager, sysops, ref's etc .. can fly if the number of pilots is not over 20. It would be a call to be made at the time I guess.

Main thing .. is if we are all on the same TS it can work nicely.

Hotshot did a good job.. so I think. I think you might use LTS for a training tool for your Ref's and Sysops.

For me ... I find it better to get shot down quicky and then tend to managing the game, but I can see that others might be able to do both. Again I think it depends on the number of pilots .. .. ..
