Usaac Help Wanted

USAAC is a new organization and as such as immediate need for several lead positions as well as helper and assistant positions. USAAC is a Community Site and as such needs dedicated community help and staff.

If you feel you would like to give something back and can contribute in a positive way and you are the type of person that can work within a 'team work' atmosphere, please consider volunteering some time and talents.

We do not as yet have any type of 'application' form. At this time you would send a self made application to tbar @ tidesofwar.net and I will forward said application onto the decision making parties. All applicants are given consideration and a reply. Be sure to include enough pertinents within your application wherein the decision makers can properly evaluate your service talents. You must include your Central_Launch game names used, these are checked. We try and place people where their main interest are.

Consider this when you apply. These are 'thankless' jobs, you don't ever get all the recognition you deserve, hardly anyone appreciates all the time and effort you put in, and there is always a host of complainers that have input after a job is done but never before. Know this, anything you do within Fun USAAC will be greatly appreciated by the USAAC management staff, we could not thank you enough or compensate you a fraction of your real worth. Our Volunteer Staff is the heartbeat of USAAC, without these fine folks .. there would be no USAAC, organized events and all the other niceties we take for granted.

Fun Event Manager Assistant - positions open

There is a need here for Fun Event Manager Assistants. The job requires you to be present and manage events that are assigned. Such events would be like the LTS on Wed Eve and such. You would learn and be involved with all aspects of Fun Events. Alternate, substitute and fill in for Event Managers not able to attend.

USAAC Print Editor: Open

Position requires personal interview.

USAAC Postmaster: Position Open

Postmaster Administrates all areas of Email, Web Mail and Email lists.

Webmaster Assistant: Postions Open

Interview with Tbar.

Graphic Artists and/or Graphics Talents.

All applications are considered and reviewed. The review process is basically this:

>Application is screened for qualification's for position level

>Application is schedule for personal interview.

>Applicants application is forward to the 'Board of Directors' for review after all the pre-qulifications reviews and interview are meet. This is the final approval/rejection step.

Applicant must be approved at all levels. At the right stage of the review process we do check via Central-Launch applicants various accounts, screen names, etc for ban's, behavior violations , etc.
