Bss Pilot Progress Report

Gents,

I want to congratulate you all on massive pilot improvements .. including myself. Our skill as individuals has increased 4 fold .. and flying as a team our skill has doubled.

Very proud of you folks .. we have a really nice group ..

If any of you individually think you are still a 'menace' to the team .. let me say to you its a pleasure .. regardless of your skill level to fly on your wing. I can also say *I know* I was a menace on my first squad for some time .. yet they never complained and always told me to just "hang in there". Today I'm a decent pilot, not the best, not even close, but very much as asset to the team in any event. You too will fit that same situation .. so just "hang in there". Have fun, and don't feel bad. Its more important to stick with it.. stick with the team .. that is worth more to me personally and the team than a handful of 'aces'.

my skills have decreased

I was looking to put something like this but couldn't find the words. I suck at that.... arguing no problem (and griping) I dont feel anybody in the team is holding us back any more than me. Hey I come out of all matches and 99% of my flights with more deaths than kills, but there are times I'm in the top 5 of pilots who have flown. Take at look at the scores page when you come out, if you click on your name it tells you your ratio against indervidual pilots. I find if I take all the kills caused by Grim off that my ratio is normally about 1:1 also it lets me know if someone has targeted me, or if I have done really bed against them, that way next time I fly against them I keep an eye on how I do each time we engage. Right now I dont care about winning I'm just enjoying the game and flying with a great bunch of lads! Plus as long as I get 1 kill of Grim each time I dont mind
