Why Did They Call It Enigma Rising Tide

heres a random question for you. why did they name the game ENIGMA rising tide. i understand the rising tide part but not the enigma part. for those of you who dont now what a Enigma was it was i code machine used by the german navy during world war two. enigma!:

Probably just to spice up te title, I don't think anyone wants a game called rising tide
