Need Help Reinstalling

I don't know if I'm posting this is in the right place but I uninstalled enigma when my computer had problems and now when i try to reinstall it, it will reach 57% and then it will say "An error occured during the move data process: 106 Component: Data File Group: Data File: skins.ezv". Anyone know any possible solutions? If so, please post here or send me an e-mail.

Turn off antivirus

wipe the disc clean

try another disc drive

defrag your HD

Had the exact same problem here once, turned off Firefox and Nortons then reloaded and it worked fine. Don't forget to activate your antivirus once the application is completed.

I hardly doubts that Ff would have any influence, but one can never know.

Fletch next time try kill Ff only and try install and report back if there is an issue with Ff in the background while installing E:RT (or other Ff users can give voice too)

Hmm well norton shouldnt be a problem, darn thing doesnt seem to want to do it's job. Oh well I'll try wiping it and I'll do a defrag test. Hopefully it'll work, I want to play Engima very badly haha. Thanks for help.

Still doesnt work Maybe if someone could just send me the skins file, thats all. Unless thats illegal or something but that seems to be the only problem. I can see the progress when I open the folder, but it stops at skins.evz

which other processes do you have running? if possible mail me an screenshot.

Are you having a pallette error with the skins file (corrupt?)
