A Shortcut To Get Around Hard Mission

I dont want to fight one misson 100 times to get the next one. Maybe I am a little impatient, but I get real mad if I cant get through in 10 times. When I was playing the old version (as opposed to the Gold Edition), I used to be able to copy and paste the mission files in the program directory from one completed faction to a stuck one, then I could choose whatever mission I want without smashing my keyboard. But in this Gold, I just cant find the mission log files any more. Can somebody figure out where to find?

Maybe you can zip all the mission files and post online, so the guys like me who need some anger management can get around the tough missions and enjoy bullying those poor unprotected fat guys.......hehehe
