Batteries Anyone?

Just lately I found an interesting glitch with a submarine. This is how it happened...

I started a mission where I needed to destroy a protected convoy with enemy air support. After all it was said and done, I had 10% hull integrity left, low fuel with a fuel leak, and most of my batteries. I decided to waste some time so I headed off in one direction.

I came back to see that all of my fuel leaked out, and then the fuel leak was repaired. That isn't half odd...

Anyway, I decided to dive and run on my battieries in the mean time. After a long time of going eight knots, my batteris ran dead. I didn't know what to do, so I surfaced and then shut down my engines. This is the interesting part, my batteries were recharging on their own without running on diesel.

It took a long time, but my batteries recharged on their own and I continued on my way.

This may be a special scenario but it was interesting. It could be the "alternative history" thing, but I guess it could be a glitch. To me it is a good glitch, that means I can go on patrol and run out of fuel and keep moving! It also could just be my version, the US with both patches. Try it if you want, but I make no guarentees.

Good luck with ya!

I think the alternative history alternating current batteries were designed by Nikola Tesla .

Remember it's a different world !

Won't those people on islands worry about what happens when we fire under them ?

Why haven't we had anyone questioning about under the polar ice yet ?

I tested some of this , but the game seemed to run just the same way , after keeping the CD hours in the ice box .

There were a few withdrawal symptoms only .
