Hmmm Anyone Able To Answer This

Hi all - ive reinstalled a fresh UK copy of enigma i have and updated with the gold patch etc..

My questions are these...

1) before when i used to play with the other patches previous to the all in one gold patch there used to be flapping flags on the boats, now they are solid like wooden boards again..

2) the general detail of the u-boats (all ive checked so far) seem to be majorly different, that is they seem less detailed now and the skins are a little like umm new looking.. (btw didnt the patch say there was skins to choose? cant recall).

3) im sure the sea looks alot different in texture as well.. it was like i installed a low graphical option or something. lol .

p.s i have set 100% in the preferences as well, so any info be appreciated. i run a 9800XT card.. nothing wrong with drivers either.. its just i remember enigma R/T looking alot better thats all..

Hope multiplayer will be a good addition

The flags should be flapping. On occasion the system will make a mistake and leave a flag wooden, but it should be very rare.

The skins in general are substantially more detailed (and accurate) than before. They are also substantially less worn looking.

The sea is different - we are re-doing the ocean to fix this. Not something we could do for the versions or the patch. There are also visibility distance issues sometimes.

Ill have to take a look at the flag thing again and see if it stays wooden.. Ill do some simple tests and depending on outcome see if i will re-install the patch again.. just incase..
