Well if East is getting sore from all the 'slaps on the back' why not create a new Praise for the Enigma team section in the forums. The team could go there when work is getting all too deppresing. lol. Alternatively hows about only moderating once a month, deleting posts that you can't be bothered to answer, being rude in the ones you do answer and making it clear that you know more about what we want than we do?That back would be better in no time.
