UKAAC 2 Squad Results BSS vs FD

#1
Well its over and overall we did pretty good, at least by BSS standards. There are a lot of things we could of done better, and there a lot of things I think I could of done to help make them better, but as they say hind sight is 20/20. So, where do we go from here. I say we go forward and have a lot more practice.

Todays match was pretty much a fiasco, but it was still fun to fun. Tbar was screaming at people and getting them all upset, lol It's really kind of funny to me. I usually chuckle at him when I hear him, because I know he doesn't mean anything by it and I know it scares the hell out of the new guys like it did me when I first joined the squad.

There really is no excuse for crashing on take off, but as long as we have new pilot cadets flying with our pilot officers , it should be expected. However when we do ask the new guys to do certain things, they should do it, but they don't pay much attention. At this point I'm not sure if I'm going to accept any more applications from minors. I think we have enough now. What really need to do is to get all of our pilots together and start working together as a TEAM

and even though some people disagree with me on this, I believe that practice makes perfect. So the guys who show up to practice will have first position on flying in the matches and those that show up at game time can watch from the sideline until we need them. However, there are a few exceptions, but very few at that.

Now that 2 squad is over and we have an open schedule, we have plenty of time to have practice sessions on the weekends and even on week nights.

For the new guys our practices on Sunday's start at 1:00 PM Eastern time ( Washington D.C. time)

For USA based pilots, we will go back to Tuesday night at 8:00 PM for our practice time.

Our Euro and Aussie based pilots have there practices Saturdays at 10:00 AM London time.

We will go back to the basics such as Scrambles and attacking the hill by SU. Believe it or not, when we where doing that our kills in the GE planes went up drastically an almost over night, so that tells me that we are on to something really good.

Also, Wing Leaders, Lets drag out those flight manuals and lets start working on some advanced wingman tactics. I want to work on the Iron Cross and Scissors mostly. I've been using those lately by myself and they have been pretty effective. I also like a certain type of a roll that I learned from FD_Tzu, that I really can't explain how I do it, but it's pretty effective in reversing the six on an attacker when they dive down on you. I do it to you guys all the time and most of the time you don't realize what I've done until its to late. It takes a lot of throttle work and flaps to pull it off.

In addition, we really need to get our new guys in the practices with us. I want them speaking on team speak. If they don't want to get on team speak, (Sky_Captain) kick them out of the room and let me know about it and I'll have there BSS tags removed. Also, I want no more CoC violations from our pilots at all (Goofy) BSS flys by the rules at all times whether or not you fly a BSS tag. YOUR I.P. ADDRESS CAN AND WILL BE TRACED BACK TO YOU NO MATTER HOW MANY ACCOUNTS YOU SET UP. Also what you say on the in game communication system is always recorded and is read by the SYSOPS, so what ever you type to someone whether it be nice or nasty it is alway recorded and read by SYSOPS.

Ok That enough of the for the correctional custody platoon. Lets get on track for the next league events to come our way. I'm not sure if it will be TKAA 4 squad or USAAC LTS, but we will be ready and we will WIN!!!!!!

Hail Black Sheep, Great job on 2 squad, Here to our future. ImageImage
