I'm thinking abut reviving the Young Guns!

Since we have quite a few young pilots in our squad I'm thinking of reviving the Young Guns group. This is for our pilots under the age of 16. I would like to have the thoughts of all the other pilots about this subject.

I have a couple of pilots that I think would make a good Young Guns group leaders. I would also like to hear from some of my older pilots on who they think might be able to head up this group.

For the new guys who don't know about our young guns. As an experiment I put a group of our young pilots so they could train together and and learn to fly together as a team. We had a really good pilot who left our ranks and I folded the young guns group. I have a theory that young people learn well and communicate well together. I don't expect clowning around or horseplay. I expect the young guys to learn valuable flying skills. Some of our older pilots will join in on some practices and I may even invite pilots outside our squad to come help train you.

Im up for it. It would be good for us to get that extra training and start learning more when we're younger so we can carry it on when we get older and hopefully better.

I think we should put Bryz back at the reigns as the leader this time. He is serious about the BSS and we can see that he will be a good leader because he already shows alot of commitment when setting up and attending Blue wing practices.

Yep

I have Bryz as one of my considerations at the top of my list. I'd like to have a US counter part.
