Tuesday Night Practice Report

Hello Sheep,

For those of you who showed up to practice and couldn't find the room I apologize. I' am assuming that there are problems with the server again. I made 3 different room and if you didn't get in with in 5 minute of them being made they disappeared. I had Jonny make a room and his room also disappeared.

Now if you had your Team Speak up and running you could of, would of or should of said something to us.

As far as I know here is what saw and who participated.

Sheep, Warwoldsw, Jonny and Myself.

Red Ace made an appearance but never flew. Talon came on Team Speak but never Flew.

Deadlock was on Team Speak and never showed up or said anything. Packers said he was not going to make it.

What is everybody else's excuse. Frankly I'm getting really p----- off at the lack of participation by the squad. With as many members as we have we should have at least 10 minimum at every practice. We are not putting in the effort it is going to take to make this a winning team. So from now on do what you will. You don't have to come to practice anymore. NO MORE PRACTICES. Also when the 2 squad matches come around don't show up then either, because it won't matter. Do what you want to do because this squad is for losers. Be proud!!! Once again we will be number twelve in the winners bracket of UKAA 2 squad league.

I put way to much work into this to get so little respect. I'm losing interest at a very high rate of speed.

Of course I'm being facetious about practice. It will continue as scheduled.

By the way if you do decide you want to be winners let me know. Send me a PM or E-mail. One day I'll get around to reading it.

In Addition, this February there is going to be a huge rooster purge. I'm not going to have a lot of people out here running around with BSS Tags unless you are actually helping the squad grow.

well as you know im new to the squad and im still getting into the swing of things since i recently moved house. but i am very passionate about being a member of the Black Sheep Squad and i hope that i do the squad proud i try to make it to every practice i can. but yeah theres alot of people who seem to not take this seriously i would really enjoy it if we had 15 people or more at practice. yea ok things happen but are we actually trying or thinking of it as some chore or somthing. and me myself am sorry for not making it to sunday trianing but at least i tried.

SHEEP, good point bro but i personally feel that all new members dont feel the importance of where WE are trying to steer the BSS . Things have changed drastically from a couple of months ago none the less when i started. Back then,we knew where everyone was but just didnt have enough on the squad to compensate for rl ( real life) absences. now we have more than enough members in the squad. I THINK ....anyone in the squad that joined before me knows and will tell it was alot different then . The BSS has enough now, that a our tag should be seen flying somewhere at anytime of the day. ????? all the time . is it time to have everyone commit or not if they want be apart of the competition squad or not ??? Competition squad member show up to majority of practices . ITS THE ONLY WAY WE LEARN TO FLY W/ OUR BRO's and be a TEAM!! I cannot answer this one . thats for TBAR and JOKER to decide . But i'm definitely letting Everyone know where i stand !!!!!! I WANT TO BE APART OF THE BSS WHEN WE SMASH EVERYONE IN 2 AND 4 SQUAD ..I might be a long shot dream of mine but who cares when i'm enjoyin AA and my BRO's are going for the same goals as i am .

B4 my holiday I committed to BSS, I got up early for 2 Squad when i could and I attended what practises I could. In my holiday i still committed and i agree with Every1 who has posted here. I want to fly as a team, we should all know each other, respect each other and help each other when needed.

Lately I’ve had computer problems and so i can't fly at all.

This squad has grown in numbers but numbers in a squad don't mean anything if we don't practise! I'm not even WL and i still will try to get people to come to a practise and a match and that’s the sort of thing that will help us. We can't sit back and just fly in 2 squad expecting to win, we need to put in some training and some commitment. I don't mind if we lose but it's nice to have a victory and it's better when we work together and we can achieve that through practise!!!

Yes the game is fun and i still want it 2 but i know that sometimes we are regarded as the bottom of the pile when it comes to 2 squad. We can prove them wrong, this year we will not accept the bottom we will move up, we will progress and take a step forward not backward. As a team we need to do things like have our Team Speak up and when in 2 squad use the coms wisely don't blabber on about nothing. We need to practise, don't say you'll be a good team member and don't commit. Follow instructions, again don't say you'll be a good team member then turn around and not follow an instruction. If we are given an instruction it is for a reason, not to annoy us.

BSS is a team, a good team and if we work together as a team better than we do now, we will win, we will have fun, we will move of the bottom and we will be a better team than ever b4!!!

JoKeR, I really hope that stuff you said was sarcasm. We cannot have some one of such great importance to the squad say things like "I give up." and "We will never win, just get used to it."

As I probably already told you, I was also losing interest because of the lack of participation. There isn't many BSS coming to practice, not many reply to posts, some don't do what they are supposed to do(TeamSpeak, try to be on same team, etc.), and on a general level, there is only about 6-14 pilots in a room at 1 time with 6 occuring more often. I keep playing however for the BSS and the guys who I have become friends with over these past few months since joining. I think there maybe a small exception for the brand new members because they need to get used to being a part of a squad because most never have been in one. BUT I think the others who have been with us for some time now have no excuses(with the exception of the few who really just cant play AA because of work, family, etc.). I believe they just don't feel like AA anymore. Well anyway, we will see who is really in this when the purge occurs. Good Luck and By the way, if you didnt know, the AA launch is down.

In the beggining,

I came to BSS because i respected them right away.. a team who really didnt have too many enemies, a team with good leadership, and i felt this was the squad for me.

A Few months later,

Members came pouring in to the BSS and all but 2 have stayed, We became much more organized, we have improved everything we could and are still improving by the minute, new plans, members, and MUCH more. Before my computer broke down i came to EVERY practice/match/event i could.

Now,

i STILL respect the BSS and i STILL wanna be a part of the BSS wether as a pilot or more, i dont really care i love the BSS. and will lead the young guns in the right path so they may become life long members as well and will do all they can to improve the BSS in whatever way they can.

Everyone here needs to come to practices, how else can we show the true power of the Mighty BSS.

some day ALL pilots will respect us, new and old, that day will come sooner the more all of you come to practices and matches... i know im not the C/O or X/O but please let me ask this of all of BSS members.... Come to practices and matches.. plz and thx.
