Just a thought..

i dont no if any of you have ever thought of this but when the server is down a good thing to do is for me i check if i can go in every 30 minutes.... i helped speed up the ' OH look the server is back up!' process this time... Nemo saw that i was in there and confirmed that the server was back up so i guesss it helps everyone out if u check....
