Relighting The Fires

Hey guys

IMO things have gon a little stale around here, the initial "hunnymoon period" has ended and things are starting to show there true colours. When we first started out as a squad there was no problem with pilot numbers (the initial freindlies with USHA and the first 3 matches in 4 squad) now however it appears we are turning up in drips and drabs here and there, It's been ages since I've flown with a full tarmac of ToW. Perhapse there is to much going on, I for 1 haven't and never will be able to fly everything ToW is involved in (as much as I want to) From what I have read and seen there is rarely more than 4/5 of us around at any one time. Now with 4 squad looming I would like to think we will have 7/8 pilots at every match, it used to happen the pilots haven't changed so the only thing I can see is the entusiasm.

So I'm kicking the wife out on Friday night and will (for the first time in ages) be attending the Fun Fri event @ 20.30 GMT it would be great to see some fellow ToW in the air, hell we dont need to even fly together we could do any number of things.

-fly as a squad

-split and fly as 2 squads against each other

-split and just shoot all that moves

-pair up

the choices are endless....( well not endless as such but there are plenty of options)

like I said I will be there right now I'm also flying about mid-day GMT for an hour or so (because I'm on holiday) be great to see some of you sometime this week, I also shud (touch wood) be attending on Sunday, although as I go away early 4am Monday morning the wife WILL have something to say about it. wether or not I hear what she says we will have to wait and see.

So maybe see some1 or more this week and hopefully see a few of you on Friday night. Then all being well we will be back to having a good turn out on Sundays!

Hey... I'm all on fire now!

I'm up and flying at all odd hours of anyones calendar or clock. I see ToW:BSS folks up and flying all the time.

What is SAD is that it is hard to get us all together at one time because of time zones, real life situations, etc, and so forth. We all have to remember this is just a game .. not a life. Wait! .. hold on !.. I might be wrong on that account .. hehe

What is HAPPY - is that this group is young and new to the game .. none of us even knew each other a few months ago .. and today we all joke around and kid with each other.

What is SAD - is that a few month ago .. we were all noobs and could not hit the broad side of a barn and nothing the cannon fodder

What is HAPPY - is that today we can hit the barn .. now we just need to work on hitting something with our guns!

What is SAD - Is when we were all just buzzing around the skies of AA .. lost and alone

What is HAPPY - Is when we found Black Sheep .. now we have 'buddies', 'bros', forums, website, teamspeak, jabber .. and fun!

oy saj wheres all the uk ToW pilots?????? get of your fat ass and get some fresh faces! hoped it was just a case of my dodgy timings meaning i see nobody met a new pilot today interested him in joining tow, only been flying a week but he was pretty good. gave me a run. cant remember his name though lol fat lot of use i am, anyhow im sat in a ToWless Fun Fri hopefully som1 will show then i'll be all smiles

Yeah im on recruting a few at the moment but they havent reigstered etc. cos im seeing if their serious etc.. before they get all the details and i already have had a few fade away so tht was a save of a lot of my itme getting htem all set up properly.
