The Need To Do Molten Core

As Night Marauders have voiced around these forums is their NEED to do MC.

This has gone so far as to change the thursday's raid to a MC run.

I am generally unpleased to see anything of the following:

1. ppl still in an instance when MC is about to start

2. ppl signing up and then joining another group before start

3. ppl not signing up and going with another group.

4. ppl commenting but not bothering to join

On the left u can see a "/who night marauders" showing all night marauders online. U can see which ones are in MC.

on the right u see my ui showin all ppl in raid.

U can see a lot of ppl who are in MC but not in our raid.

A special mention goes out to Aztecia. Whose oppinion on our raids, tactics and looting system have been seen to cause arguements on the forum over the past few weeks. Now that NM finally have their MC raid (s)he is not even joining it. Nor has (s)he joined any of the zul'gurub raids.

I for one feel a bit p----- on by NM.

Where some individuals are indeed nice and bother to join, others are setting a bad example.

On your shot you see 12NM are in MC atm, now I would like you to include Fosse (who's in BS at the time, but does join us). So there are 13 people doing MC, 3 people are in another grp, 10 people are in the coalition run. If count that the total amount of players in our run was 33, 10 of those are NM, which means 1/3 of the total group is from NM. So I hope you understand why we were so keen on doing MC. (Also note that tomorrow we have another guild BRD run, so there might be 3-4 more people joining MC next week)

However, I do want to apoligise for those people that were late. As NM was the guild that requested to keep doing MC weekly, I know this isn't really responsible of those that were late. Me and Fosse have both stated to our guild that we didn't think it showed our best side.

On the point of Aztecia, me personally don't hold her(him?) high either. In guildchat she complains about wanting to do ZG guild only. Yet she goes to MC with one group, does ZG and AQ20 with another. I also read her posts on these forums, telling us what strategies to use in ZG, or what do with our MC runs, and I myself also think as long as she doesn't run with us, she shouldn't be talking that kocky.

i can only say they missed out on a very good opener, and i hope that if in the future the parties in question think "oh, Tribes is downing Rag each week i want to go get leetomgwtfbbwepixxzors" we tell them exactly where to go. if your not in this for the long haul peeps, then please leave and i dont mind lettin the door hit your ass on the way out. i'll leave someone else to bring up the Kinnks subject. needless to say that has annoyed me alot, and im not one who normally voices opinions, either good or bad on the forums, as arguing on the net is like running in the special olympics, even if you win your still retarded

indeed only 3 ppl were not in our raid, but I checked later and then there were more ppl of NM in MC but not in our raid.

I'm not saying that is bad, I know ppl have looked everywhere to find groups and should do as they please.

10 ppl is a good turnup. But if there are another 10 in mc @ the same time I don't really get the point of stressing MC as a thing ppl want. its obvious that they want it but they've went to do it with other groups.

Anywho I had fun tonight. But that was only because everything seemed to go like we could take on the world.

The next time we do MC and there are 5 ppl in scholo @ the time of raidstart. 2 ppl who have to leave because they haven't done the prequest. a few ppl who have signed up and decide to go with a different group @ raidstart. And some who don't bother to come down to MC but wait to be summoned that gets annoying.

If we then also start to wipe over and over. it gets a bit edgy.

Anywho, I've heard that all who were misbehaving have been dealt with and that was the main reason of posting. I don't mind doing MC but it was indeed a bit weird to see the ppl who "want to do mc the most" so disorganised and chaotic.

TBH my personal opinion is your rude, arrogant and not with my time and effort, this is coming form me not the night marauders who you all seem to love so much. The reason we are with other groups is because the coalition as spend such a long time doing NOTHING are we supposed to sit around and knit? No, we go do what we want to do. This is a game at the end of the day and the idea is to have fun. Its not fun sitting doing nothing watching other raids and guilds going off all the time going and experiences. I dont come with you because i dont want to come, simple as. I want to play the game how i want to, you all play as if this is real life, and that its the end of the world. Well Screw you and your sad worlds because thats not whats happening. Our guild leader put alot of time and effort into trying to get us into this coalition. Ever since day one you have treated us as though you think you are better than us, we have not been treated equally. IF more was done sooner then people may not have needed to join alternative raids in order to experience the end game instants that we have had no access to. As for you Rohendar, i dont know what your problems is. You a fagot backstabbing your own guild mates, screw you. Moaning about doing ZG guild only? you may want to add that i never started that convesation, im not naming any names but others said they would prefer to do them alone because of the way we are treated by the coalition. Before starting pointing fingers at me for all your problems, I know perfectly well I have done nothing wrong morally and you can go frack yourselfs if u want to pin anything on me because quite frankly i dont want to hear it. Anyone trys to talk to me ingame giving me a hard time will just get an instant "Ignore".

Want to add anything or have i put forward everything i think and believe. Want to critise? Go ahead i already expect it but all i ask is that you do not blame my guild only blame me.

Aztecia (Also i am a guy i would have had the name Aztec but it was taken, i didnt realise until a few days after that "ia" makes it sound like a girls name. Seeing my character is a male i would have thought that would give it away.)

The NMs that really want to do MC and voiced their opinions about running it more often to fosse/eido turned up on time. These are the ones that raid with tribes on a regular basis, or are starting to. As for the other NMs running MC with other groups, thats their choice, some have been doing MC with others before tribes was even around and we can't ask them to join us as its not fair.

I'm not making excuses for the late ones though...but dont group us with them.

If you started the conversation or not, you did say you wanted to see ZG runs guild only, and you specifically said you don't want to come with the coalition. I wonder then, what are you doing posting on the coalition forums? Why are you telling the rest of the coalition that they NEED to do MC, because NM wants it, but when they agree to do MC, you don't come?

I feel bad about having you posting here. I feel like you disgrace our guild. You go on and on complaining about the coalition, but you have never done anything with them, you haven't raided with them.

What you need to understand, this coalition is just starting to get the hang of raiding, mostly because only recently have there been substantial numbers of people signing up weekly. So this coalition is not yet downing bosses. But it is learning every week, we raid every week to get there.

What I see you doing is: "Our coalition isn't downing bosses, I can't get epics, I'll just find another group." And there a number of people in our guild that go with other groups. You might say because you have been waiting too long, fine. But it does result into less people coming to the coalition MC run, making us unnumbered to down bosses. And frankly, after all the work Eido and Fosse have put into getting the people interested for the coalition and convincing the coalition to do MC, I find it unappropriate that half the people in our guild don't take that opportunity, and rather raid with others, because they can get epics faster.

All in all, what I'm trying to say is: I like this coalition. I like the fact that I'm working with a team, progressing, learning, helping eachother. Sure I could get a spot in lickmyear or copyright and start downing Rag every week, get epics faster. But I wouldn't enjoy it. This game isn't all about gear, it's about the fun you have gathering the gear. I find it satisfying knowing we may not be downing bosses, but I'm working with a team, and we are getting there as a team.

I find it stupid that I'm being looked at by our coalition because I'm in NM and NM people don't seem to be fair. First demanding MC and then being late, not showing up. Don't get me wrong, I like NM, I like the atmosphere of the guild, I like the people. But I will do anything possible to keep raiding with this coalition. That includes choosing Tribes ZG runs over NM runs and changing guild if needed. I don't want to lose my raiding experience with the coalition because people in our guild are disgracing the rest of the guild towards the coalition.

I can say without adoubt that there are many night maurauders i respect a hell alot. Eidokar for his leadership and negiotion, Hattori for being my tank buddy, rohender for turning up everytime and proving himself in the past raids, fosse who stands up for his guild and such and so on and so forth.

But i agree with yorga about the element that nm wanted mc alot and having people in scholo, not reayd and prepared on time kinda feels like a kick in the balls.

Yeah i know im loud and brash and rude etc but thats the wya i am and you either love it or hate it but i just like to voice my opinions.

But nm are a worthy edition to the coalition and i for one would stand by the people who have turned up to eveyr raid and say yeah therea prime example of how good nm our.

Yeah I really love the Night Marauders people, the trustworthy, good players we all know in the tribes.

you know who you are! We wouldn't wanna miss them for the wooorld.

And yeah were were kind of stunned to find out things didn't really wen't "smoothly" on the NM side tonight...but most realised and stepped up to that so that makes me respect you a lot. And at the end of the raid we did have a good run and a lot of fun

I know you just said you didnt care but I will create a hearfailure if I dont get this off my chest: I really can't respect Aztecia, that attitude of "we are going to another raid cause nothing happens in the tribes" makes me wanna kick your ass... MAYBE IT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED QUICKER IF YOU SIGNED YOUR BUM TO MC instead of running to a premade group. But hey everyone plays his own game money and should play the game like they wish. But I'd rather have that you kept your business completely out of the tribes then! You don't see the other guildies that go with another group come here to puke all kinds of crap on the forums do you? The only thing you do is complain and comment on stuff you don't even know about since you don't even ever come....oh yeah and I do remember your "please please take me I know I didn't show up last time but please take me now please"

A few points in this thread I'd like to throw in my 2cents on:

1. re: Original point of NM members being in another MC raid

Although I would of course hope that they would want to raid with the coalition, if people choose to raid elsewhere then for me that is their decision; the only aspect to that that I have a problem with is when they sign up with our run and then go with a different one, which two people did.

I think as people have done in later posts, it is important to distinguish between any guild, and the actions of individual members; not in order to point fingers, but to not criticise all members of a guild for actions of one/some.

In this specific case, NM have been very keen to do MC, and until last week's meeting of guild leaders I believe were feeling a little left out of the decision process in the coalition; It is therefore understandable to me that some members of NM may already be running with other raids. I believe that last week's meeting of _all_ guild leaders was a very positive in understanding everyone's wishes and trying to address that with the decided raid timetable, and hope that some of those people may now decide to run with tribes MC runs, as several members from NM did last night, but it is of course each individual's own decision.

Let's hope we can build on the numbers from last night and have a regular, successful and enjoyable run,
