Notwithtanding the need to use your callsign (eg. "Red Leader, Red two, Bandits 2 o'clock high"), the following two small program may assist you in identifying who is transmitting on Teamspeak.

Teamspeak Overlay - This one will probably obscure your exterior view the least.
