It is important to know how to 're-size' you image to fit inside the forum window without "pushing out" the forum view. We can't teach you how to use an image editor, but the member here can. If your image "pushes out' the forum view ( creates a large scroll bar at the bottom of your browser) a moderator might delete your image, and in some cases may remove your post..
If the image posted is a broken link .. the moderator will delete your image link or in some cases remove your post.
At this time the max width of an image is 650 pixels. I don't know if this max width will be a constant as we are still evaluating the various skins we use. Some skins allow for a little more width, and some skins the max width is about 675-700 pixels
