Hi ship mates, i went over to EB Games and wrote a review for E:RT but when i read it today they have changed the rating i gave it.
I was going to give it a 5 star rating but as i had a few problems with sound related crashs, i decided to give it 4 star's but wrote about the help i had recieved from this forum in sorting it out so it play's now just fine.
Thing is my 4* rating has become a 2* rating....?
Has anyone else had this happen.?
They probably downmarked it because of the fact you said you couldn't get it to run properly?
Although you stated that the game -in your eye's- was probably fun,excellent etc. Game(formerly EB) will rate it on it's stablility -even though it was your machine that was at fault *not* the game
I have built PC's for along time now, using reputable parts and configuring them properly -the result is that i can throw any game -which i have nearly 300 in total- at my machine(s) and they will run perfectly. If they don't it's either a bug in the game or i have to tweak something. Usualy a sound hardware slider. Never anything major.
Besides Game(EB) are more into consoles than PC games -and they are *EXPENSIVE* try
