Anyone recalls that in all submarine movie the skipper always start a stopwatch after firing a torp. Perhaps knowing the speed of torpedo m/s might be useful yes?
By the way is there a built in clock in the game?
Does the torpedos have maximum range where they just died out?
I asked this one too a few days ago... I would be very interested in the response ...
Torpedos are set to run for shortest range/highest speed. In game they run faster than real life' date=' but not alot faster. It was just too easy for the ships to avoid them.
We had planned to put a clock with torpedo timers, but it just didn't get done. Watch for some of these features in the next Chapter.[/quote']

Thx East,
but, er, what is that range and what is that speed?! Have I missed some documentation somewhere, or just being stupid... ?
I'm still happy when my torpedoes reach succesfully their target and I dont care about timers' date=' etc....[/quote']
