Wolfpack; U-boats At War 1939-1945

Found this book in a 2nd hand book store. A must have for sub-drivers, whatever their alleigence. Very good background history & many good photographs & prints for all things submarine. Ask at your local library to order this in if not in book shops (last reprinted 1997). Quite poignant on p213 where it mentions the 110 U-boats scuttled at sea rather than surrender in 1945.

Sweet!  :)
Coincidentally, just picked up Iron Coffins yesterday.! Very readable, I'm finding I like it better than Das Boot  in some ways (the only other sub book I ever read) Not as many long descriptions of the color of the sky ;)
