Anyone with any commen sence knows that Saddam was a WMD .. i cant understand all these poeple that think what we did was wrong....WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE....
I cant grasp there reality
These people are the same ones (forgive me for being pollitical) who believe in Bill Clinton's idea. That America needs to be passive. And to ask for forgivness for being the powerhouse that we are. The World Trade Center Towers (South one I think) was car bombed in 1992. Bill Clinton did nothing, Said that maybe it was our fault for being who we are. The same people bombed the USS Cole in 1998, again, The same response from Clinton, only this time he had a token Harpoon Missle shot at a old Training camp where non-terorists lived now. 8 years of Clinton letting Saddam get away with more killing of his people while stocking up on weapons from France and Germany. Also 8 years of NATO getting rich off the Oil - for - Food. Lets face facts: NATO needs to be disbanded or driven out of out Country. I'm tired of our Tax Dollars paying for the NATO Building in NYC. People like Clinton must never be voted into power again!!! (Dem or Repub) If they do, this country will be taken over by terrorists and we won't be able to stop it, because our First Admenment rights will be gone!

Let's keep politics out of our game, shall we? For the record, the Republican Congress would not back Clinton going after bin Laden, because it would take away from MonicaGate. MW Clark, you shouldn't demonize people you don't know, or blindly follow demogogues. You people in one breath condemn what "political correctness" has done to dvide this country, then use hateful labels to... devide this country. How about a little less hate, and live up to the standards you say you follow? All your hateful words would apply perfectly well to the Republicans prior to WWII. They wanted to be passive, and leave the rest of the world alone. They didn't want to stand up to Hitler. They ran for office with the pledge that not one American soldier would ever be sent overseas. But, see? That is all forgotten now. The name-calling and stone-throwing can go on forever, because each side has spread its own version of the "truth" among its followers.

Blind following of one person is not patriotism. It is not democracy. I'd like to remind everyone of the words of Ben Franklin, when our Founding Fathers were planning to declare our secession from England: "If we do not hang together, we shall surely HANG separately!" To borrow a favorite expression from the haters, if we do not hang together, and let this nation fracture like it's doing now, the terrorists will have won.

And as a life-long conservative and patriot, and recently switched to Independent for voting, "I don't have to like my President to love my country." (Would you want someone to have called *you* a "traitor" for not supporting Clinton? I wouldn't have, and I don't want to hear it now, either.)
