Interesting Oppertunity

Ok Chaps, If anyone who is in UK and has some experience of Naval wargaming (even very minimal) On the 18th/19th of December there is a group from the Naval Wargame Society on board HMS Belfast doing a re-enactment of the battle of North Cape. We are looking for a couple more people to help out, this will mean spending both days on HMS Belfast naval wargaming, and the option of spending the night on board as well. We have only a few spaces and I have asked another group I know as well so its first come first served.

Ok I now have 2 people volunteered I am saying thats all but I will open a reserve list and if we can accomodate more then I will ask the first reserve

Thanks for the offer by PM - sorry I cannot make it, it does sound like a great weekend. Of course, if we were allowed to put a broadside from the main guns into parliament during the morning debate I may reconsider visiting the relatives that weekend

sadly they will only be firing the 5" guns with blanks over the weekend
