Problem With Patch

hello

yesterday i wanted to update enigma rt, but i dont know, what patch fits to my german version. I already tried the two uk versions but the setup stopped with

the text: "Bad game install" with both patches. I unzipped the files with winzip a few times, deinstalled

the game, and know i am out of ideas. can i use the usa or the australian patch ?

please help me!
