Rules And Suggestions Of Raids

ok following are rules i expect all raids to adhere to

all raids are expected to bring elixir/flask along with them for there role/class. theres alot of alchemists/herbers in guild ask them if u need herbs/stuff made but dont expect them to get it all for you help them out abit.

all raiders are expected to bring/help supply mats for buff food. I know bux has been dropping goblin bbq's which has been really appreciated. but do note guys this is only a 60 stat food rather then the high 90 one that means we miss out on 30 stam and 30 of another useful stat. i know ure all not cooks/fishers but we do have a few in guild. IF u send em a mail in game BEFORE raid day then ill do my best to supply u with a stack (20 per stack) of 90 stat buff food for u. Just mai lme with what buff food/stat u would like and ill sort it but do give me a few days notice not like the day before hand. When we get to the 90 stat feasts we will get alot of these made but when that happens all will be expected to supply something towards it.

all raiders are expected to bring potions with them. theres no excuse now for any raider to not have potions as theres strength/mana/int/agi potions available now. with these at pinicale moments when we need that extra little dps these can save us alot.

all raiders are expected to be in full 346 or more gear. at present while we are learning the first few fights i dont mind ppl being alittle undergeared but when we start to down bosses i want everyone in as much good gear as u can lay your hands on. if anyone can make some 359 gear and u got the mats lying around make it pass it to a officer and we will bank it in raid tab for future use.

all raiders are expected to have full enchanted/gemmed gear. we have alot of enchanting mats in bank ill start another thread for requests for enchants but i only what them used to enchant epic items. if its a 346 gear check the bank or ask around alot of us enchanters have quite abit of mats/scrolls around we wouldnt mind lending/giving to others

now suggestions for the raids

id like all to be on the same boss mod if poss. i use DBM but if anyone knows one with better timers let me know ill try it out and see if its any good. but can we all atleast try the same mod so were all on the same timer bars etc.

if u have a off spec have gear ready for it. oviously it wont be as goodas ure main gear but if we all have a os with ok gear if needed we can use it depending on raid setup. i know some of u dont like healing/tanking and pref dpsing but if were a healer/tank short id rather go with a slightly undergeared player then cancel the whole raid. ask ure self would u rather spend 1 raid doing something u dont like and we progress abit then have the raid cancel and nothing to do that night

try to be on atleast 15 MINS before the raid start so i can see who we have to raid with. makes my life easier and i know what were missing then.

team speak. we use it though not much chatting going on. if atleast were all on it listening(u dont have to talk i cant usually) then atleast 1 person can say the strat on it while i type it too.

gear is it really that much of a upgrade to u or more for someone else. ive seid it before ill say it again if its only a minor upgrade to you pass it to the person its much more of a upgrade to. if the lowest ppl gear there gear better rather then thoughs who are really well geared allready then we will go further then ever

signup as soon as you see the raids on calendar. i say this again and again signup for the raid guys even if ure not sure u can make it or not sign tentative then i can see if ppl might be on and it doesnt look like we have noone for raid till last minute. more ppl that sign more likely ppl are to showup/signup them selfs

Ace here keeping tabs on ya despite being in deepest darkest Devon.... Just got one thing to say, Plymouth is an absolute dump!

PS: We cant be far off the +90 recipe. I am pretty sure it is a guild reward for cooking X amount of Cata recipes....maybe wrong though

-- The cooking reward for "Set the oven to Cataclysmic" is "Broiled Dragon Feast", another +60 recipe.

-- The +90 feast requires a gazillion fish fished from pools.

PPS: Did we really get another Phaser Twisted Leggings on Sunday....
