Hello all,

If Burton and Tbar don't mind i would like to head up the operation for this week.

Ok clearly what we are doing currently isn't working the best.

I would like to Propose what we are going to do before the match starts. ( I know we cant predict what the other teams are going to do.)

How ever i think the start of these match?s is very important to the final end result of each quarter.

Ok lets look at what we know, and what we are going to do...

Lets MIX things up a bit.

GE

at the start usualy GE head over US, and it goes in a circle, some times SU go strate for US..

We start GE this match, we will Get alt to the left of US base, regadless what others are doing.

Then We will loop OVER and head strate back to GB who will be Near or around our base.

On the way back we will stay level for a while and then grab alt again untill I shout Engage.

IF SOME ONE SHOUTS they are in on e.g. USHA_KID, i dont want to hear or see anyone else going for him I want you to change your opponet and dive on anohter GB.

WE WILL BE USING HIT AND RUN in these GE planes. ( if you dont know what that is please ask)

Once dead or still going we will eather fly over to GB and create a PIN, or fly to US and Crate a PIN. at a minumum alt of 5k. the game will progress from here but will take instructions from Me.

Communication is Key, if some one calls they are in on sumeone then pull off them and get alt, Especly in a bin, if 3 guys go after 1 then the whole base is free to run, In a pin 1 guy goes after 1.

SU

Flying the LA7,

WE will grab to GB, this is because we are not doing our usual head strate for US the reasion for this is becasue GE always come in above us, then we cant do anything becasue of being in a fight with US.

What we will do is grab to GB, then same as GE we will loop over and head back to our base. this will be where US and GE are, we will be getting alt all the time so should be above GE and US, and this time we will dive on them while they are in dog fight. GB will most likely be at other side of map and out of it, maybe trying to head over to us. worry about them once delt with all the US and GE below us. With our LA7 guns shouldnt have a problem. Once dead or still flying will head to US base.

There is a danger of getting in a pin from GB. it is a risk we will take, but with our skilled pilots i think we can take them, If they do we will keep hitting GB and force a pin on them.

GB

Ok this is a fun nation, which always flys around then than engages the enamy. We cant really head for SU becasue there guns are better then ours and US and GE closly follow. so We will again Mix it up and supprise them. We will still grab to GE base, and past it. untill map limit. SU will be behind us. the First 3 or 4 pilots will pull up and loop OVER the back 3-4 Pilots will, turn over so we are flying upside down and pull hard on stick so loop UNDER and head strate from SU, this will keep there speed up, These pilots do there best to dodge the bulits of the enamy and turn back in and dog fight, and the ones above will dive down and kill, trying to save the 3 or 4 in the fight.

Summit along those lines. Plese note where you are starting and what you are expected to do from that postion. I will try calling it best i can from my F7 view.

Once this is won or lost we will head for GE and pin.

US

Right the hardest base to be.

as everyone know US usally get targeted, especly if we are on there. lol

So we will start by grabing to the mountin, and following the map round, keeping speed up and Grabbing. we will try get a pin on GB as our bullits will effect them more than GE's armor. I will think about this one more, but we must try and stay up and out of a pin. to get a pin would be great

We cant have everyone shouting diferant things, like head to US, head to GB,

WE cant have more than 1 or 2 pilots going after 1 guy.

Communication is key, Please Sort your micraphones and headsets out, before match.

If damaged and not going to make it home, stay in there and injure the buggers.

The colors.. you have used .. don't work on the skin for the Air Force.. they really are way to hard to read.

Tactic is not bad.. it can work.. but again we have to be 'dynamic'.. who-ever is in charge.. has to be able to READ the map and be able to make a call sharply where the rest of the team knows what to do.

If you would like to be "CO OF THE DAY".. I don't have objections, and Burton will probably give it a go also.. BUT.. we discuss these things HERE first. CO of the DAY is NOT a good term to use.. someone help out here. I think.. the following is right

Squad Wing Leader is just called the Wing Leader (Normally Tbar)

Red Squad would be called Red Squad Leader (Tbar). This one however is never used when in a match

Blue Squad would be called Blue Squad Leader (Burton). Again.. this one is never used in a match.

Also.. if you are going to be sending out email to the squad.. we want to do that in a certain format for consistency. If you would like to be the one to post and send notices of matches etc .. we discuss that here first.

I will get you the pw so you can visit this forum and make input. (I thought I already gave you access, but I'll send the pw via PM anyway)

I happy that you care enough about the BSS and developing some pride etc.. I jump for joy. I would have no objection to you scheduling on our calendar.. and sending out the sign-up reminders etc. Its really refreshing to have a pilot step up and take initiative. Since you know me well.. you knew it would not be a problem with me .. but we do need to give the XO opportunity to input and be aware.

I only use the power of the CO as the Boss.. when its absolutely necessary.. otherwise I want an XO team. XO Team in my mind is the senior most pilots.. and those that can be counted on for matches and take all this seriously (but not to extremes)

Currently.. only Tbar, Burton and Zarn and Air Boss actually have access here. Be happy to add you to the list.. and one USA XO guy if I can ever find one !!

Well i am sorry, I think it was a heat of the moment kind of thing... I will be sure to run all things by you guys in here in the future.

You did set me up with this fourm b4 but i didnt think.
