Your area will be an interesting watch. All of ToW Club and several other "pilot" types will be keeping an eye on this area for sure. We hear/see frequently new groups getting started etc, only to find two months later "This space for rent".
You have a good 'leg-up' and plenty of folks hanging around this joint that are willing to give a helping hand
I'm sure the 1stAVBG knows better than I do, but my success story is this:
1) Be there
2) have a presence in the major Il2 related sites for support, announcements, etc.
3) Join Fisc, get listed there when you are qualified and ready
4) Get a Siggy that works for most forums, especially those off site to ToW. Siggy tells a lot at one glance and you can usually use a "link" with it to get folks to YOUR base. ..
5) Be active on your own forums.
6) Find a server, toss out your anchor .. and stick to it.
7) Establish a Team Speak and stick to it ..
8) Utilize everything that your sponsors are willing to give..
I'm sure you and your your guests can thing of more.. to me.. it all about marketing one self.
