Agenda Item 1: Nominations and Election of USAAC Director. (Due to the resignation of our director, a special election is in order and will be held.)

Agenda Item 2a: Part 1:Review USAAC charter. Update and refine verbage contained with-in. (i.e. Propose an addendum for the use of the word "President" to be interchangeable with "Director".)

Agenda Item 2b: Part 2:Discuss, define, and / or refine the duties and positions of USAAC Staff Members and make part thereof to the USAAC charter through addendum.

Agenda Item 3: Review post on Team Speak Use Rules. (To be written by Kid before next meeting.) (Due to our director stepping down this agenda item may be postponed to a later date.)

Agenda Item 4: Review to see if any referee's have been approved to use "kick / ban" tools during fun events.

Agenda Item 5: Revisit the AA international soccer fun event. (Popgun to work with Gelp to discuss on putting on this fun event.)

Agenda Item 6: ( This could be a part of Agenda Item 2b above.) Rules, regulation, etc to be used by forum moderators.

A stronger understanding of what the Moderators can and can't do.

A stronger understanding of what the Forum Manage can and can't do.

We need to make sure that the FM and Mods can "do the job" without having their hands tied, at the same time not preventing them from removing topics and/or post that are totally non related to AA such as:

Advertisements

Promotions

Triple X

Foul Language or anything that is "over the line" in the way of sexual reference

Enforcing any item that is spelled out in the USAAC Forum Protocols.

Add to agenda request:

Rules, regulation, etc to be used by forum moderators.

A stronger understanding of what the Moderators can and can't do.

A stronger understanding of what the Forum Manage can and can't do.

"Common Sense" is NOT a Protocol that can be enforced. Our last meeting on the Forum Conduct it was the consensus of the group that 'common sense' could rule the day. Apparently that needs a closer look by the BoD

Moderation + Protocol = Common Sense

It can be scrutinized, disected and analyzed to the fullest when the line is crossed or to determine if and when it has it will be common sence on how it is handled.

After all Tbar it's not the Forum Mod. that determines this, it's you and you must step back and let nature take it's course or it will not work.

Note: Starting next Monday I am available Mon thru Fri. night and on weekends now, I can be around alot more or if I am not in complete control of the Forums I can be around alot less.

I will reserve my thoughts for the meeting.

I've made a post in the XO/CO board to help shorten the BoD meeting on my requested agenda item.

I just read your post in the C/O, X/O Forum which I as the Forum Manager do not have access too.

You stated moderators, Who but myself is Moderators and that only myself is to appoint moderators to asst. me?

You have the Director listed as a moderator so I assume the Director is a Moderator.

You also insist that certain post's were deleted and not by you, wasn't me except 2 pics post, so if you and I are not then who has the permissions to do so.

Why do I not have permissions to create forums or eliminate them? Would it be that you think I would abuse or in fact by giving this to me I can alter forums all over TOW's forums?

At one time you gave me the login and password to your Game Server which you were hesitant but nevertheless gave it to me to help, did I dissappoint you or gave you peace of mind that I am a man of my word.

I will not write a book, you have some choices to make on letting go, it's not a TBar's world as much as you claim but it sure looks it as time goes on, as I say Time tells all.

If you don't think it's about you then you best take a second look, does control freak ring a bell, I don't mean to offend you but I been around too long to rehash past subjects that didn't sit to well with others.

Like I said, I will be around much more now and I will help the USAAC succede wherever it may be.

As far as I know, the moderators are those posted on the face of the forums. For example Pop for Fun events, USAAC Director , Skydancer for Leagues etc. Then there are a set of Moderators appointed by the BoD: Kid, Tbar, checkmate. If there are any others its an error or omission, etc.

The BoD granted you that permission when the position was created. I told you we need to work out at least an hour so I could review it with you and set that up. We never got together on that and I believe the reason was you were starting up a new business and did not have time .. at that time. You were gone to a point that Kid started stepping in for you and I did what he didn't or could not. No problem .. you were tied up. So when you have time .. you can do this.

NO, that fact should represent the opposite, and I'm not sure why you bring that up.

This is totally unfair
Control freaks don't give up control, and I have given up control in every area there was someone to step up and do it.. including the website, forums, and team speak. As long as there is someone to do those jobs .. I give them up.

If you don't have access to the Co Xo board .. that is not my doing. You can have access by the rules as far as I know., you merely need to get that info from the Director or the CO of the TS squadron. I will PM you that info smartly as I know of no reason you can't have it by BoD rules. It is NOT my responsibility to hand out pw's and has never been.

All I can tell you is what I did do, and what I didn't do .. nothing more.

Its not an unfair statement Tbar, He isnt the only one who has taken note.

You seem to be confused,

There are only 2 Forum Moderators, CheckMate-Forum Manager and USAAC Director for the USAAC Forums, I was elected to overlook the Forums, all USAAC Forums, I saw that you inserted the USAAC Director also and that was fine by me, TBar is not a Forum Moderator, check the records. I also PM'd you with 2 members to asst. me as Forum Mods. but still this goes unanswered.

Now this makes me chuckle,

I should not have to have a password for any USAAC Forums because I am the Forum Manager, I am not a C/O or X/O but I am the Forum Manager and whatever is posted in the USAAC Forums is mine to look at at will. I have CarBlanche, until such time as the BOD says I don't. I hope you get what I'm saying now. Only I and my asst's control the USAAC Forums and that is the way it was originally set up with no interference from you or anybody else or until such time as the BOD feels that I am not worthy to do so, do I make myself clear now?

The growing pains of this organization are definitely being felt. I think what one of the problems is lack of communication or direction by all parties involved.

What I propose is we table this till the meeting and discuss it then. We need to establish once and for all who does what in their position on the staff. The bickering needs to stop until we can get this cleared up. Lets work on a solution and get it fixed without all the finger pointing. Once it's in the USAAC charter, we can try to follow it to the letter.
