Something Wrong With My Pc + Enigma?

Is enigma supposed to be like this?

Whenever i play, i can see no farther than about a kilometer and it gets boring because with my guns on auto, they all shoot at things i cant even see.

in the settings the sight range is to the max.

i just need to know if it supposed to be like this and if it isnt then why or how can i fix it?

which videocard do you have ?

which version do you have. i remember when i just used to have the american version you could see clear to the horizon but when i went to the gold version it gets fogy after a few miles. if you dont have a good enough graphic card for the game it will also do that and the ships will mainly just be white blobs. personally i thought just the amrican version had better grapichs that the gold version.
